Well you are going to have to send that to Nintendo and most likely pay for the repair as is seems to have been either dropped or stepped on.

Or by a replacement screen but I don't know if there is a place to buy them from.

Slap a bandaid across the front of it, and wait a week or so.

Someone/you obviously dropped it/stepped on it.
You'll have to get a new one/send it in for repair.

Fun Fact, in a drop test, the Wii U GamePad came out with only minimal cosmetic damage and nothing more. You'd have to drop it from a third story building to cause that kind of damage. Stepping on it would be far more likely, to which I respond: son, don't leave your toys in the middle of the living room. People will step on them.

As for what to do, I feel this has been covered thoroughly enough, and I hope you get your GamePad back in working order.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.

This video will show how to disassemble the gamepad I can't find any showing screen replacement, even though this is the cheaper option you'll be voiding your warranty if you still have one and everything you do now is on you and I take no responsibility for what happens.
