Just opened my brand new PDP Afterglow WIRED headset advertised on the box as compatible with the Wii U, and low and behold... No sound! Does anyone have any knowledge as to why it's not working and what I can do to make it work?

Eh, it's worked in the past. It's always possible that someone with information on it simply didn't log in and see the topic on the first page, thus not opening and responding to it. Didn't mean to offend.

Nah the community is good around here. If someone around here knows the answer they would have said. Its more than likely no one knows. My suggestion is maybe do a google search or maybe call the manufacturer since they claim it works with the Wii U.
