Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Direct for tomorrow that's going to be over Wii U and 3DS games coming later this game. What do you think?
I want new information for Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Super Mario 3D World, and I would like to see more details for Mario Party: Island Tour, the Wii U update, and maybe even a Super Smash Bros. newcomer, but I want more details on Mario and Donkey Kong the most.
I suspect Mario 3D World and Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze are a given, with Link Between Worlds, Yoshi's New Island and Mario Party Island Tour making up the 3DS games front.
Possibly also either a new game or a new Smash Bros 4 announcement (maybe a newcomer?)
I dont expect anything, but if anything i dont want to see more from the already announced games. I know them already - the Nintendo Direct crowd know them already. I want information on the update, hopefully it will come with more retro-consoles on eShop (Nintendo 64 is a given, hopefully also platforms from Sega and all those that were/is avaliable on their earlier console... Gamecube games would be a bonus.. Wii games with Gamepad support... Hallelujah) and I will also like a new design on the OS.. the current one look like a blank page in Photoshop... What more? The ability to create your own folders on the dashboard so you can organize as you please.. Hmm.. Support for 2 Gamepads.. doesnt even have to be with the gamepad-screen support just so that you can bring your gamepad over to a friend and play with eachother without having to buy a bunch of pro and classic controllers..
In terms of games.. dates or at least a drop of in which quarter they will arrive for X and Bayonetta 2. Perhaps something new about Yarn Yoshi. A gameplay trailer of Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem. I would like to see some new games being announced... since 2013 is soon over and 2014 looks empty.
Back on topic: Geez, my gaming life will be full tomorrow. Guild Wars 2 & Terraria both get big updates, and Animal Crossing: New Leaf has the start of the october season and now this D:
My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

The Nintendo email says they'll be focusing on 3DS and Wii U games coming out this year lol.
This is what I'm talking about. No offense.

I am hoping that they announce a full native Virtual Console on Wii U so I can upgrade my classics, OS improvements to reduce loading times to Gamecube levels, new OS to combine Wii and Wii U channels, folders for my channels, more demos of forthcoming Nintendo games, Wiiware on gamepad, HD re-makes of every single Nintendo game ever with online play added where applicable (starting with F-Zero series, Starfox series, Pilotwings series and ISS98) and a brand new IP.
I only posted this to get my avatar as the forum's thumbnail.
They'll introduce games that are already out a little like Wind Waker and Wonderful 101.
Then they'll introduce Pokemon x and y, Sonic Lost world and a new mario game for either on 3ds or on wii u. Then Wii U games will show up like Tropical Freeze, Wii fit U and 3D world.
Finally they will confirm the characters that will appear in next Smash Bros. And finally they might add a little more detail for the "Year of Luigi" celebration.
Games I'm playing currently: Legend of Zelda: A Link Betweeen Worlds, Tearaway
Games I'm excited for: Super Mario 3D World, Super Smash Bros. 4, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Mario Kart 8

Animal Crossing U
A Wii U game starring Luigi, and not just some retail DLC, it's the year of Luigi after all.
Endless Ocean 3
Excitebots Trick Racing HD (EU version)
MOTHER 4
No More Heroes 3
GTA V
Some indie games that caught my attention: Hotline Miami, Guacamelee, FTL, still hope for Machinarium.
Risk (this is predestined for Wii U's concept, why is this not in development already?)
Worms (A good one please. The 2 Wii games weren't great. Worms: A Space Oddity was very different from the classic Armageddon-style and Worms: Battle Islands was a lazy port with a horrible interface.)

You expect all of that for a release date this year? Animal Crossing U is something I wouldn't expect for a while. As for a Wii U Luigi game I'd expect a Luigi's Mansion 3, but definitely not this year. Just be happy with all the attention Luigi already got this year, as well as him getting starring roles in Super Mario 3D World and Mario Party: Island Tour! As for those other games, I really wouldn't expect those to release on Wii U this year.
