Topic: Not able to install Fifa15 on Wii U, TV and TV/Gampad selection disabled

I try to install Fifa 15 on my Wii U. It goes well until the stage where I am prompted to select TV or TV and Gampad. At this screen I have lost the "hand" and not able to select anything. Both options are highlighted. Nintendo support suggest to remove the sensor bar temporarily, but this does not help. I am prompted to push the '+' button, but no reaction. I have read another place that I have to use original Wii controller, not Pro, but is that the case? As far as I can see, orignal controller has different interface, not USB. Grateful for any advice.

I have tried that several times, re-inserting the disc and starting the Wii menu. As soon as the "Select a display option" appears, the "hand with the finger" disappears. The TV says "Select an option using a Wii remote". The Wii U GamePad says press '+', nothing works. I am using Dacota Wii U Pro controllers.

Fifa 15 is a Wii game so you need to use Wii controllers (a Wii Remote). All Wii U controllers (GamePad, Pro) are disabled once you enter Wii mode.
