I'm more surprised that a sequel is coming out so soon.

I believe they extended more from the director's cut DLC that was planned. besides WWE Saints Row 3 was the only IP that sold well

As to why its not coming to Wii U well maybe the sales have something to do with it.

I'm not going to lose any sleep over this. Especially with GTA V coming out in September.

Not a shocker by any stretch but really doubtful GTA5 is releasing on WiiU considering how long that game has been in development.

There are certainly many valid complaints against Wii U right now. The 4th (at absolute best) most interesting open world GTA-like game confirmed for this year not being on the system is not. I almost think people are posting this stuff ironically or something to try to prove Wii U isn't missing actual important games in order to distract ourselves from the fact that we will likely miss the brilliance of Wii Pointer Bioshock Infinite.

But I'll most likely be playing GTA on my PS3.

I had chances to play the first 3. I decided against it for all those years and I'm not gonna start now. THQ R.I.P.
I hardly even like GTA, so there's no reason why I would want a clone of GTA even moreso.

Me neither. I can tell from the trailer its gonna be crap. Nintendo's Wii-U deserves better than this.

Well i dont think the reason for it not relesing on Wii U are the sales. But Saints Row 4 was originaly DLC for SR3. But since THQ was in trouble and there was alot of content so instead of DLC they turned it in a sequel, hoping it would be out before they go bankrupt and making them some money. And for that it needed to be out quickly and porting the whole game to a new system that didnt have the previous games in the serie released on it would be a big risk that THQ couldnt afford.

I don't play Saints Row, but it sucks it isn't coming to Wii U :/

I'm sure everyone who says this doesn't affect them is secretly the people who would go head over heels if this was coming to the Wii U.
