This is a deservedly just punishment for playing Nintendoland.
pfft, we all know getting shot repeatedly in the face is the far more justified punishment for liking a video game. Preferably by a loved one. On their birthday.

Well of course, but with all the publicity surrounding gun control already, this doesn't seem like a viable option.

oh and I should also point out that anyone who assumes any of this was funny (and I don't mean "OH HOW DARE HE USE DARK HUMOR" sort of way, I mean as a "did this succeed as comedy?" sort of way) has confirmed that their sense of humor is now and shall forever be invalid.
Yeah, Nintendo needs to do something about the trolls. I haven't benn reportiing though. Let us war with the trolls and take back our MiiVerse.
THEY MAY TAKE OUR MIIVERSE BUT THEY WILL NEVER TAKE OUR FANDOM!
YYEEEEEAAAAHHH!!!
YEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!
....
yeah ok
thanks for reminding what humor was. I needed that. Anyway on to relevant stuff: please keep improving stuff like this Nintendo. You've made unexpected moves forward in everything online in the past year, don't stop now.

I'm not sure anyone has ever mistaken any of your posts as being funny.
It's good to double-check though from time to time.
well I can't compete with unintentional comedy. I give up, you win.
it's so nice to see you two playing well together :3
BEST THREAD EVER future of NL >:3

I sometimes think people take things entirely too seriously. We are in a gaming community for crying out loud, cursing come with the territory. I guarantee that most people who play Wii U even at young ages have heard more than a few curse words thrown around. I understand the compulsion Nintendo has to keep something like Miiverse pure, but I don't see why someone could post something like "Well I'm f$#%d next to a screenshot of them utterly screwed in NSMBU. Its one thing if people are blatantly insulting one another on Miiverse. I'm all in favor of moderating that, but I think curse words should be allowed, particularly if its for the community of an M rated game. I don't think I'd ever report someone for cursing towards the game or maybe even quoting someone from the game in Miiverse. Then again people may be discussing the more sexual and racist themes here then they are the simple use of curse words. Those are things that I would prefer to see moderated as well anyway though.
i told him that if he had never even heard of the cape, seen it in action, or used it, his judgement towards it was useless. he raged, and started acting even more immature. then, he "dared me to report him", so i told him i wouldn't unless he broke the miiverse code of conduct, and that he really shouldn't try to push his limits. i then proceeded to block him, because i thought his comments wouldn't appear in my notifications once done. it failed. after about a week, he (guess what?) broke the code of conduct. called me swears words, threatened me, and drew explicit pictures. so, i (obviously) reported his comments, then i viewed his profile and he said he was only 9-years-old in his description. "as of 2012", it said. so, i reported him, because you must be at least 13 to have a Nintendo Account ID.
Welcome to the internet. I've had the same on twitter, youtube and various forums going back to since I first started using the internet so it's hardly a new thing. Not just "kids" either, Baby Boomers are often just as bad if not worse in that regard. I've even had an official account from an Australian Member of Parliament berate me on twitter so it's not a problem unique to any particular group. Just ignore but if it gets bad block, report and move on.
It's a connected world and unfortunately that's just how some people are. Give randoms a soapbox and a way to talk to you and you'll be surprised how low some people set the standard of conversation.
@MadAussieBloke
I could name the MP but I don't really think he's worth it. Lets just say you're in the right part of the country but the wrong side of politics

"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"
Like heck. I control which people I have on my Facebook, and so I have almost no obnoxious comments there. I have to wade through masses of crap to find anything worth reading on MiiVerse.
