Its more than likely Nintendo doesnt have a their systems ironed out yet for catching these things. I havent really notice anything that bad as of yet but I havent been on Miiverse too much. Could this be happening during the day? It could very well be kids who are off from school due to the holidays and are home alone while their parents are at work.
In any case I would contact Nintendo and let them know how you feel its the only way some thng like this will get fixed.

I see what you mean by this problem, like in super mario bros U i see people use a lot of swears in their comments but not inappropriate drawings. I don't think nintendo can do anything at all about it because there are to many people to deal with because this world today is messed up.
yeah, i didnt waste my money on Ninty Land, i wasted it on NSMBU instead. ive come across many of those words, some pictures too. i dont think ninty is even aware of this!
I didn't either it came with the Wii U i got for Christmas so i played it anyway.
@Swiket: Congratulations on the funniest thing I've read all day! I must've missed that particular interview, haha~
Just remember, guys — now that you know how to report things, if you don't do so, nothing will be done about these people, because Nintendo may never know! :3

I have lost a lot of faith in Nintendo's community thanks to MiiVerse.
Any game that has a niche appeal is just filled with people who haven't even bothered to play the game, but seem to think it's funny to go and stink up the community for everyone else. See: Funky Barn. Thanks to the masses of people running around with dumb drawings and "huuuurrrr Funky" style trolling it's impossible to have a decent conversation with the fans of the game.
Other communities for movie tie-in or minigame compilations are filled with people who haven't even played the game, but are going on about it being crap. Now, the game may well be, but someone who hasn't played a game shouldn't be commenting on its quality.
Overall the communities in MiiVerse are relentlessly childish and discovering interesting people and conversations to have is harder than it is in Twitter. I am not a fan.
Due to your account being tied to a single console, I think Nintendo should start a policy that you can not comment on a game in MiiVerse unless you have actually played the game on your account.
I don't use MiiVerse anyway I prefer to play games and figure stuff out using my own alcohol drenched brain... If you can't draw a crowd draw ding-dongs on the wall

Amazon does that with their reviews and "Amazon Verified Purchase". Awesome idea.
And it's an online gaming community, not only that, an online gaming community full of children. You expected maturity? PSN is the closest to a mature community and that's still really freaking distant.
@Swiket: Look up "Ron Jeremy Mario Lawsuit". Not as hilarious, but equally bizarre.
This is a signature.

Screw you.
This might mean that certain images could have phallic symbolization, or flowery niceness, but nobody cares about questions of sex and they just want to shoot the guns.
I'm moving the Zombie U disc out of my slot, and inserting Mario. I need a SMB 3 feel and taste. I'm going to be very careful, because I think there is a Ghost House that I might have missed somewhere.

They actually have, sorta. If they DO NOT have a box with a checkmark in their posts, they don't own the game

That would hurt potential buyers interested in said game, I post in a lot of Japanese communities since I'm interested in those games that we don't have yet

I don't buy that excuse for a minute. I'm involved in the gaming communities on Twitter, and it's easy to avoid the immaturity.
