Topic: Nintendo Sound Group and SSB U?

Does anyone here know if the Nintendo Sound Group in Kyoto is involved for the music for SSB U? That group has created such impressive range of live-based music (Mario Galaxy, Galaxy 2, Mario 3D World, Mario Kart 8) now, that I personally see it difficult for an external music department to replace them and produce the music at the level as the recent titles (3D World and Mario Kart 8 in particular).

Recording live-based music for SSB U could be one of the (many) explanations for the later release of SSB U compared to SSB 3DS. Even if the SSB U music used has been composed for earlier existing Nintendo titles, arranging/orchestrate the music for live musicians, record it and mix it takes much more time and resources than an electronical-only soundtrack.

But this is just my own theory. Perhaps this has already been discussed? I think Nintendo's biggest competitor regarding computer game music now is themselves.
