Ok so I'm wondering if anyone knows if they'll be releasing a deluxe wii u version without nintendo land. I've been thinking about picking it up for a bit now, but I'd much rather have the system without that particular game, and use the extra cash towards another game. I just don't have any interest in that game.

You could just sell the game.

I made Sheldon & Mr. Randoms back on Flipnote Hatena, now i'm a kangaroo mod that has a funko pop collection!

I'm not keen politics since that stuff is spooky, I'd rather watch SpongeBob over Fox News anyways!

Nintendo Land is a lot of fun if you're playing with people. Give it a chance, you'll probably like it. Besides, there ARE other bundles to choose from. As somebody above posted, you could pick the Zombi U bundle (which I would have loved if I hadn't picked up my Wii U day one) although that does come with a digital download of Nintendo Land, or the Monster Hunter bundle (I'm not sure if that one does too, and too lazy to find out).

But consider Nintendo Land. The Zelda game is great, the Metroid game is also a lot of fun, and it really works well as a party game for a few friends.

If you're willing to wait a bit, Nintendo will most likely pair a couple of those major E3 games in with a good bundle when they come out.

Thanks for the suggestions, I haven't seen any bundles available. Probably just wait until there's other options for the console.

Honestly just pick up the bundle now and trade Nintendoland in towards another game.

Nintendoland sucks whether you're playing with friends or not. It's actually worse with friends, because the games are poorly balanced, and because there are so few multiplayer games anyway. Luigi's Ghost Mansion is one of the only good ones, but it's not really worth it to have the disc just for that. Better to wait for better multiplayer games like Wii Party U.

Nintendo land is awesome. Well balanced and a lot of fun. If you have friends coming over then this is no-brainer really.

Geez, the hate for this is a tad excessive for a mini-game collection.
Shrug
Just pretend the $50 dollars is for the memory increase and ignore the game, since all the 32GB bundles ALL have the game.

That's what I was thinkin. I think 'this game sucks' is a bit of a harsh statement for it. I've had alot of fun with people, and even some play time without people with it personally. Like any game though, everyone has their own opinion.

I really enjoyed NintendoLand and am glad it is in my collection

You're wrong, not all the bundles have it, like the Zombi U or Monster Hunter 3 packages. And better off without it.

With games, it's not about money, it's about time. And time spent playing Nintendoland is wasted when you could be playing better games, like New SMB U, Rabbids Land, Mighty Switch Force or Nano Assault Neo. That's why the Nintendoland disc is a waste and it would be better to have other games bundled with the system.

My mistake, I was looking at the North American bundles.

And also, I would consider some of the games you listed to be a much bigger waste of time than Nintendo Land (namely Rabbids Land), so I'm not sure what you're trying to argue exactly... that a game you didn't like shouldn't be a pack in?

I got the ZombiU deluxe set and I would recommend getting that if you can. You get an pro controller and ZombiU, as well as everything included in the normal deluxe set, for just $30 more (well it was $380 at Gamedude, my local game store, anyway)! That's a $110 value!
