@LordOtakWiiU: Cool. Still, a bundled game could be considered exempt from that. OR, it could be that they bundle Nintendo Land and also offer it as a free (or cheap) download, in case you wanted to take your Wii U to a friend's house and didn't want to have to bring that game. There are options. But for no reason should the system launch without the game freely available to all.

I'm confused on why they would want to bundle it. Isn't the Wii U supposed to attract the "hardcore" gamer again? Gamers seeing that as the bundled game probably won't see that as a worthy console for their " " " " " " " " " " " " " "hardcore" " " " " " " " " " " " " " " tastes.

I hope its bundled. Like Wii Sports, its not one of those games that I'd buy separately. It looks fun though, and it does a good job showing off what the Wii U GamePad can do.
Not having Nintendo Land bundled could easily be one of the biggest mistakes Nintendo could make. Seriously, considering the success of Wii Sports and that they've admitted this is Wii U's Wii Sports, why would you not? It was a genius move and even more so now assuming it has the same level of success. Think about it, what's the perfect way to introduce more casual gamers to games other than casual pandering games and Mario? A game that EVERYONE WHO GETS THE SYSTEM WILL PLAY that has MUCH OF YOUR OTHER IPS THAT YOU WILL PROBABLY MAKE MORE GAMES FOR. Considering how many people were introduced to more obscure and japanese only Nintendo games through Smash. Bros, a game that is still only been played by like 10 percent of Wii's total audience, why not introduce their not-Mario games to 100 percent of Wii-U's audience? Especially considering the fact that Pikmin 2 apparently had dissappointing sales (or so I've heard) at the time and they are really trying to make sure Pikmin 3 is a big hit. Pikmin being in the game everyone has would be great advertisement for Pikmin 3.
Yeah, that's not what I really want. I just said that because everyone seems to think that they're entitled to have the game for free and that's how the free to play model works. Okay, some of the attractions would be free, but others you'd have to pay for to get. Again, not what I want, but I don't see why people deserve to get a video game for free just because they don't want to pay for it.

Your missing the point mate.I think most people assume it will be bundled because it will showcase the hardware, just like Wii sports. If not then in most peoples eyes it is just a mini game collection and no matter how good it may turn out to be I'm sure it would not be a must buy for most.Anyway since when has anything been for free, you think Wii sports was free just because it was bundled?
Everyone who has actually played it has really enjoyed it, but anyone who didn't play it at E3 were dissapointed by it. I think it would be a perfect title to bundle the Wii U with, otherwise no one is going to bother paying £40 for it.

I sure hope it's bundled... Its primary purpose is to show off the Wii U's capabilities, and I just don't see myself paying full price for this game separately.
