Nintendo has been doing a great job this E3. There's a few rough spots here and there but it definitely doesn't suck.

I own a Wii U and 3DS. I also own a PS4!

Not at their best though.

Still, compared to how Nintendo have been they could've taken a dump on stage and people would've praised it.

QUEEN OF SASS

It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!

I'm with you. Finally Nintendo has given me a reason to put the Wii U at the top of my console priority list. I never thought Nintendo would be able to do that, but they have. I actually have to put my PS3 purchase plans on hold now.

Currently Playing: Steamworld Heist, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Tales of Graces F

The same goes for Sony and Microsoft. They already have taken "dumps" on stage, just not this year.

Exactly. Then there's always the "always online" and DRM policy of Microsoft. They ended up sweeping it up and came clean, so to speak.

Nintendo did awesome. I love all the games shown and have no other wishes left from them as a Wii U owner. I'm satisfied. That's right, satisfied. What a word in today's industry.

Negative Nancies want to pretend that nothing happened.

"Nintendo just milks Mario, we never see anything else"
.......... ok, no Marios

"But I want Mario. Why don't you just make a Mario where people can edit the levels? You know, like Little Big Planet"

"pfft. You guys never come up with anything new. I mean Microsoft has Sunset Overdrive, where's your new IP?"

"mother fff..... well what about third parties? Or any mature content? Those are all kids games"

"ok fine then, but those games won't sell systems"

"but that's ages away surely"

"YOU STILL LOST!!1111"

Some playlists: Top All Time Songs, Top Last Year
"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"

Negative reaction, followed by more negativity. Hey that's like a double negative right?

You are what you eat from your head to your feet.

Pretty stunning show. I'm still annoyed with a couple of things:

  • no sign of life for SMTXFE, no info on a EU release (or not) .. so I'm just gonna wait despite my burning desire to get me some MK8 ..
  • 3DS getting the silent (Vita) treatment now or what, anything new for this year ... or at least the next ? anything ?
  • What about Bayonetta 2 e-shop being sold without Bayonetta 1 (retail) included .. who comes up with these "let's just put up arbitrary and anachronstic barriers to annoy a few people ideas" ? The same think-tank that thought region-locking is the way to go, or blocking EU credit cards from the U.S. e-shop to love with people as much as possible is a good idea ... Jesus Ninty you are a hard company to love despite your lovely games
  • Ninty M I G H T be back, what do we really know about Zelda, about Starfox even about Sploon (love the idea, if its gyro controls only, I'm not interested though!) I liked ALBW worlds quite a bit but it was horrifingly easy to the point that it was distracting from the enjoyment of the game.
  • Which leads me to my last point, where is the more "thoughful" kind of games we saw in the Gamecube era when Ninty was also backed into a corner ... you know like Metroid Prime ? I love em colors as much as the next guy, be it Toad or Yoshi, but I also want some options for games with a different tone and style of gameplay ... less arcadey, at least from time to time, sure I got other consoles (holy hell Bloodborne and Scalebound have alot of potential on PS4 / X1 respectively) but I enjoyed the Nintendo treatment for these kindof experiences ... I miss them greatly

All in all: Enjoy the hype, it's well deserved but don't get lost in it!
