Guys, they did say that this may not be the entire list of titles shown at E3, these are just the ones on the show floor. So those of you crying fake because Sonic Boom or Metroid isn't on this list (and frankly, I don't think a new Metroid game will come this year unless it's not being made by Retro) may be wrong about that, those games may simply not be shown off at Nintendo's show floor.
That being said, I do agree it's fake, more because Sunshine and Wave Race seem like stupid choices for HD remakes.
There is no reason to assume a Star Fox would have to be for Wii U, despite our best wishes. The question is who might be developing it and I can definitely see Nintendo's internal teams and previous Star Fox developers opting for the 3DS. Clearly the Sub Wars team is close to the franchise and familiar with the 3DS.
We have ten of those games already. Whoever made that fake leak must not have good math.
Actually, there are 12 installments in the Mario Party series, but GBA, DS, and (assuming) 3DS do not count towards the running total.
Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.
Now playing:
Final Fantasy XIV (PC) | The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (Switch) | Celeste (Switch)
I kinda wish the NFC thing wasn't happening because lol I'm a poor college student . I might get rid of my PS4 for money because I hardly play it. It collects dust for now. I believe all of these could be true, except for maybe the names. Zelda: Unbound King doesn't sound right to me. I wish Metroid were on there though.

I was wondering if there would be another E3 "leak."
Here are my problems with it:
1. If there is a new Star Fox, it's more likely to be for Wii U than 3DS.
2. The Sunshine and Wave Race HD remake claims don't sit well with me.
3. I think Nintendo will show an official title for Yarn Yoshi this time.
4. The document doesn't look professional.
5. Too few new 3DS games.
6. I consider a new Metroid game for 3DS a good possibility, so this rumor not claiming that is odd.
Overall; I determine it to be fake. At least it's a better attempt than the document that still had the retro red Nintendo logo instead of the modern silver one.
As for Starfox, I think that it will be more likely for 3DS than Wii U. Mostly because Star Fox is guaranteed to sell well, and 3DS games cost less to develop.

While Sunshine doesn't seem a bad choice, Wave Race definitely does.
Sunshine is pretty much the worst choice for a Mario game, it's the least popular, and IIRC, the worst selling Mario game ever. So an HD remake probably wouldn't do too well. Literally just about anything else they could make Mario wise would sell better.
As far as what should get an HD remake, that's a tricky one. They've already done Wind Waker, and remaking Double Dash or Melee would cannibalize sales for 8 and Smash Bros U/3DS, especially if they have online. I can't think of any Gamecube games left that would be popular enough. Luigi's Mansion? N64 wise, Mario 64 was already remade for DS, and they'd probably just put that on Virtual Console instead of re-remaking it. Ocarina of Time was already remade on the 3DS, and Majora's Mask may not be too far off either. Mario Kart 64 and Super Smash Bros share the same problem as Double Dash and Melee. Kirby 64 is really the only game I can think of that would be viable, but somehow I can't see them doing it. So that gives us Luigi's Mansion and Kirby 64 that I can think of, and I'm not too confident in those choices.
