Well that's a bit weird, but still exciting. Doubt it will be anything major though.

Bothers me that so many developers are doing big pre-E3 stuff this year, but never mind. This won't be anything big - Iwata's discussing the concept behind Wii U, so any news we get out of it will likely only be minor. At most, a look at the new console and/or controller.

TBH if the rumors are anything to go on it seems like Nintendo has too much to show at this year's E3 maybe this will help save some room for only the most important things at the conference.

It looks like this is meant as more of a concept of what the wiiu controller is capable of. We might also get final hardware specs and maybe a bit of non game related news. No actual games will be shown though.

This could be used to free up space at E3. Nintendo could have a lot of topics to talk about on Tuesday.
