I see how they said nothing about demos and advertising on smartphones.
at least now it's safe to assume WarioWare won't become a Mobile game

I think people are reading too much into this. We're basing all of this on an article from a reputable source that has been translated. That's third hand information regardless of how reliable the original source is. When we hear it directly from the source (i.e. Nintendo) that would be the time when we can start talking about how good an idea the finer details are. As of now all we know with a fair degree of certainty is that they're probably making an app full of promotional material for their games.
Anything further than that assumes that what sort of "demos" the demos are wasn't lost in translation or even stated in the first place. Could be as simple as just an eShop front for smartphones where they "demo" the games using videos and pictures. Could be interactive ads of some kind. I highly doubt it's demos in the traditional sense because that's basically impossible for all but a select few games.

"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"
I don't see why they'd release demos. Either they'd have to reconfigure the controls for smartphone devices, essentially wasting development resources on something that may or may not result in an increase in sales. That is the issue none of these analysts ever seem to bring up when spouting off about how Nintendo should bring their games to smartphones: how exactly would the controls work?
What is more likely is they will bring a couple of apps.
Official Nintendo App: This one will come first.
-News
-Social media feed
-Club Nintendo
-Nintendo Direct channel
-Ability to purchase Nintendo products
Nintendo Network App:
-Sign in to your account or register an account
-Can purchase eShop titles(obviously must have an account)
-Can watch trailers, see pictures, etc of release or up coming games, most will be free, will have exclusive content for NN members though.
-Miiverse - could be a separate app but I think they'll include it in the NN App.
