Topic: new to wii u

just some help if you dont mind. the wii u menu is full of things everywhere which is a big jump from the wii and a little confusing. i have downloaded rayman demo (i think) but where do i find it to play at? and how do you hget your points for buying the wii u premium pack uk, as there is no points scratch off in the box liuke there was with wii

If you press the home button on the gamepad then on the far right should be an icon for download management. If you go to this then once the demo has downloaded you will have the option to install. Once you install the demo will show on the homescreen icons. With regards to points are you referring to club nintendo points? If so if you go to the browser on the console then the nintendo bookmark there will be an icon on this webiste for club nintendo and mine detected I had a wii U (I think) and I had to answer a tedious questionnaire but then it gave me 1000 club nintendo points.

Yeah there is no instant win scratchy in the box all you have to do is link the WiiU to your club nintendo account then go to the website and login then fill-in the survey and collect your 500 coins/stars or whatever you can also register nintendoland for 200 points Rayman showed up on my main channel screen after the download maybe you haven't installed it yet bro.

Thanks for that info so far people, so i wana also buy some games from the VC. i have to go into wii mode right? do you still pick up points codes to get these games or are they paid for through card payment? any info if the mighty Donkey Kong Country will be heading back soon? Maybe with DK64 (YEAH RIGHT)

Also any other tips for me? Or games to buy ive got n land and mario bros u.

I would suggest from the reviews arkham city is the better game but they are very different games it all depends what you like
oh and for Wii VC you can buy games with a credit or debit card
