What I would like to be able to do while watching a film is browse on the GamePad to see what other Netflix films there are. Would be good to see them update it

I wish they would update it so that when you're watching a TV show, it just goes to the next episode automatically. Honestly, this is the only thing that is making me use the PS3 Netflix instead.

Same but I use the Xbox 360. I would also like the screen option of Stretch, Native, Full screen, etc... like on the 360 version.

Mine does this on my Wii U, It even skips the credits and the next episodes opening most of the time.

See they have that option on the Xbox as well and it bugs the heck out of me. I will be reading the credits and than the next episode starts before the credits are done. I dont mind the auto play feature just wait till the credits are done than start the next episode.

Yeah I dont understand that either. When I watch a movie I watch a movie. I can not do anything else otherwise I dont pay attention to the movie. I cant even text while I watch a movie.

There just needs to be an update fo everything ever, that can't be improved on, so we can stop talking about what needs an update... I honestly thought, that I'd be able to run more than one app, because of the GamePad. Not saying I'd be doing 2 things at once, but if I wanted to play a game, and my brother wanted to watch Netflix/use the internet. Oh well...

I'm just scared I might break the gamepad. I use the PS3 remote frequently, and it is a sturdy device, only requiring endless AAA batteries (which I have).
Wii U gamepad is still really new and shiny for me, not sure I can take it to bed yet.
Well yes I do watch a movie but sometimes I may have seen that movie a few times so It doesn't need my full attention, (you're telling me you have never picked up a phone or a portable games console ever and not used it while your watching a film) I highly doubt it
I only started the topic as I watching a film and my mate thought you could browse on the game pad and was disappointed that you couldn't.

That's wasting electricity. You need to perform activities w/ confidence, or not at all. This isn't relevant to this topic though. He can multitask if he wants, but I don't think that this should exactly require an update personally.
