Has there been any news regarding the collection of both Nes remix in Europe? Would like to get it physically but if I have to I'll just get them digitally. Seems odd that they wouldn't release the pack at all in Europe

Unfortunately, nothing at all.

@Octane Ah that's a shame, really love the box art of the pack. Wonder why they wouldn't bring it over

So do I. I'm always a little puzzled as to why some games never come to Europe, or vice versa, to NA. I think it's just like Kirby's Dream Collection, where the game is more of a novelty to have than anything else, as you can get the games through other means as well. I'm not sure, there's no info on the sales data for NES Remix, but perhaps it is more popular over in NA, than it is in Europe?

Anyway, some games have taken longer to get localised, so who knows what plans they have for a European NES Remix Pack.

@Octane yeah I assume sales would be the reason. NOE have been really odd recently, with smash a week later, captain toad a month later and Kirby 6 months later. But then they have been on top form with limited editions and stuff

@Datasun_7 I suspect it is partly due to their relocation earlier this year. They closed their headquarters in Großostheim, and moved it to Frankfurt, to merge with the offices located there. Although the idea behind the move was to streamline the localisation process for NoE, it will undoubtedly have led to delays in the short term.

Now I think about it, if Captain Toad, and Smash couldn't match the worldwide release dates, and if the delay of Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush is also a result of this, I think that the NES Remix Pack might have gotten the short end of the stick as well. It surely wouldn't have been a top priority game.

@Datasun_7 I don't think Smash a week later is that odd, a worldwide release would've likely killed the eshop servers and then you have a repeat of 25th December 2013. Captain Toad is definitely the most odd though as the only sensible reason to delay would be about not being too close to Smash but on the other hand after Christmas is likely more damaging. About Kirby, it's likely name related as the same issue happened in 2005 with Kirby Canvas Curse/Kirby Power Paintbrush (5 month delay).
