That is a good racing game by the way. Comparable to the Mario Kart franchise for sure.

Have you played Batman: Arkham City on other consoles? If not, I would wholly recommend the Wii U version (Batman: Arkham City Armoured Edition). I've only owned Nintendo consoles my whole life, so I didn't have the opportunity to play either Arkham Asylum or Arkham City. I bought it on a whim after hearing about how good the Arkham games are from friends. It's honestly one of the best games I've played in a long time. Even if you don't like Batman, I suggest buying it - because you WILL like Batman after playing it.
Also, Zombi U is great if you're into either zombies, survival horror, or both. I really enjoyed it, despite the fact that first person shooters aren't normally my genre of choice. It's a very different game with a great atmosphere.
If you like Legend of Zelda games, I'm told that the Darksiders series is a good subsitute to play while waiting for a Zelda game to come out. Darksiders II was released on Wii U, and according to my brother, it's a phenominal game.
I'd also like to recommend Scribblenauts Unlimited. I've played both of the other ones on DS, and enjoyed Unlimited just as much. The object editor is great, especially if you're a creative person.
Also, I know you already mentioned them, but Nintendo Land and New Super Mario Bros. U are both well worth it, ESPECIALLY if you've got somebody (or multiple people) to play with. They are best enjoyed when playing with a group, although, since my brother is terrible at Mario games, I played through most of NSMB U on my own, and still thouroughly enjoyed it.
