Looks fake to me because anyone could have made those, and Sakurai said work on Smash doesn't start until he finishes Kid Icarus, and thirdly the game is so early in development that even if these were legit they may not make into the final product.
The developer (keep forgetting his name, lol) said they're not going to begin with Smash until Kid Icarus is complete...so, yeah. EDIT: lol, Scissors beat me to it.
King K. Rool? Ridley? Crystal? All three of those are wildly talked about on the internet, I wouldn't be surprised if it was just some guy who is really hyped about wanting them in. The other ones were likely put in to make it sound more legitimate, but I don't buy it.
Plus, this is 4Chan. They're almost never right. When they are, it's usually an obvious guess.

For all we know, Smash Bros. 4 could be in it's very early pre-planning phase. I do remember Sakurai putting up job postings for their next project (and he admitted that the announcement at E3 was to gain interest in future employees).
Anyways, I'll wait until Sakurai official announces "Work on the next Smash Bros. has begun!" on his Twitter or something.
