Topic: More NSMBU DLC?

Does anyone think that they'll release another DLC pack like New Super Luigi U for NSMBU? They did say that they would only release one NSMB game per console, but they didn't say anything about how much DLC they would produce for it. It almost seems like the trend may be to release a NSMB game soon after a system's release and then just continue to support the game with DLC throughout the system's lifespan.

One idea I have that could be a new DLC pack for NSMBU, is a new challenge mode called "Mario vs. Luigi." You have one player on the gamepad and the other on the tv and you both have to compete to beat the score with the highest score (time, coins collected, enemies killed, etc.) It would be a change from the usual co-op and reintroduce some of that old SMB3-style competitiveness.

On the scale of Luigi's dlc pack? Doubtful.

They would be wise to continue releasing other smaller dlc items though

Sure. Maybe they should release Mario content every day. It's not like they're killing the brand.

Well, if they continue at this rate, they could release one big DLC for NSMBU each year. Would that be too much? Once a year?

And besides, I don't understand you people who are freaking out because Nintendo is overdoing Mario. There's always been a bunch of Mario games. This is nothing new. Mario games are some of Nintendo's biggest sellers, so it makes sense that they would make them the most. Would you rather they make a bunch of games that only a few people will buy? That sounds like a good use of resources, right?
