If you played the Wii U versio its better to play it with the Classic Controller Pro. (or the Wii U's Pro controller)

The demo nearly put me off, you actually need to see some youtube videos about the game and check out the gameplay. You will love the game afterward. I was in the same boat like you but after seeing these videos i can say that i cant wait for the game.
