One year ban is pretty extreme... May as well be permanent. Have you ever left an online community for a year and had any desire to go back?
No but this is difference since Miiverse is "forced" into the Wii U, and I will play the Wii U several years onward. And by ban I mean no posting, but you should obviously be allowed to read stuff.
Plus, it has to be strict so people don't take it easy.

why only people requesting Goku? I mean the requests are pretty annoying but I think they should start with the people that beg for yeahs since they are in pretty much all communities.

I think requests are the least of our concerns. They should start with those who draw disgusting and/or suggestive images etc, like that Trav guy.

Miiverse was fine at first until it was added on the 3DS. Since then its just full of immature kids begging for "yeahs" or "follow me". The worst communities IMO is Netflix and HULU. Pretty much its just full of kids looking for bf/gfs on there, very annoying. Then when i say "you're too young to be dating" i get flagged for bullying. Stupid kids...
lol, looks like the WiiU owners want to put all the fault in the 3DS owners.....
and that's why 3DS players can't have nice things(not counting the games, the 3DS is full of great games) :/

I don't mind thoughtful rebellion against a community's rules if they're too strict or aren't being enforced fairly, but this seems like it'll just be silly.
I don't think posting will help anyone.If they were smart they would just email or call Nintendo about it instead of making posts that they will probably ironically get banned for.

Miiverse was just as filled with needy "kids" (that's how we are going to call them now?) way before the 3DS joined the mix.
No it got 1000 times worse when 3DS was brought into the fold before it wasn't to bad sure there were some idiots but they were in the minority now though......
Despite having both current Nintendo consoles I haven't used Miiverse. But this makes me want to scroll through it a bit, haha.
