Found a funny little glitch or bug that cuts off almost a second. xD

I saw some gameplay footage and this game looks rad! I said I wouldn't double dip even though I adored Mighty Switch Force but it looks so good. I'll have to post here when ever it is I end up getting this. Are the idle animations in this game in the 3DS version? I don't think I ever stood around long enough for something like that to happen.
