Topic: Super Mario Maker - OT

My newest puzzle level:

My latest hellish level.

Calling out veteran players 😄 This level was inspired by the game Tiny Towers. The original title was called "Bowser Tower (No Solicitations)" and Mario plays a salesman, but didn't think some people would get it. Mario needs to go floor by floor of pure wickedness and kick Bowser off the rooftop. This certainly isn't for the faint of heart. Good luck

Looks like the new Super Mario Maker update is out.

With the Super Mario Maker Bookmark Portal out, I quickly found out on how to conveniently add any Course ID to the bookmark.

Log in Super Mario Maker Bookmark Portal with your NNID, and place the ID after the "/courses/" part of the following URL:
https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/XXXX-XXX...
Once the level you wanted to play is shown, hit the bookmark button and you're ready to rumble. So much convenient and faster than typing the same ID with the Wii U GamePad.

Now, I have one less excuse to not play levels! Hooray!

Thanks a lot! That is great when I want to play a level here from the forum. However, it is strange that Nintendo didn't include a "ID-Box" at the webpage. Nevertheless, the URL solution works fine!

It seems the clear rate is not the sole factor for the "difficulty" of the level.

Another question:

Would it be possible that the NL-Mario Maker Sharing will become and extra Button/Link for bookmarking?

For example: Play my level "Ghosts in the machine": Bookmark it here!.

The bookmark button could be in the embedding as the Miiverse-Link. That would be very nice!

Bookmarking is cool, can you see your bookmarked courses from the wii u while playing game. That would be awesome.

Here is something I made to see if it would work and I have decided to upload it. I was waiting to see if the new bumper items could improve it but they don't seem to affect Koopa Shells.

Anyone know a faster way to unlock everything besides randomly placing all the items?

Anyone finding any good speed run courses to take advantage of the new world record time update? This one isn't bad, I found it in course world so it's not mine but the best time is me though.

@TheGreatLord: You just have to use a lot of items in your level and restart after getting the info about new stuff. It is not very amusing but you just need 1-2 hours for that.

OK, so here's a challenging course of mine:

You'll have to navigate your way through the enemies and get through the maze. And yes, there's a way to grab the coins in the ship... You just have to look for it!

Setting my capture card up and I didn't realize it had to plug directly into computer. They are not even close and there is no way I'm going to hook my wii u up to the computer in the other room.
