All this stacking and such is something. I do it to when buying games.
1. buy general stuff at Best Buy (like my new dishwasher)
2. Redeem my BB gift cards to help pay for WiiU eshop cards
2a. If possible buy when Eshop card are on sale.
3. Buy games off the WiiU for Deluxe Promotion
4. Redeem promotion points for Eshop credit.
5. Repeat cycle.
because I have Pikmin 3 and don't live in Europe, this is the easiest decision in the world. And now I don't have to pay money to get a remake of a game I already own. Awesome, thanks Nintendo!
Hmm out of the 10 games in the EU promotion I have all the critically acclaimed ones (Mario Bros. U, Pikmin 3, Wonderful 101, Wind Waker HD, Nintendo Land) except Monster Hunter (which I think I'll skip). Which one should I choose then?
....Wait, free digital games count towards this? Ugh, how does Nintendo manage to get me back into this series?! xD (though with 7 I just wanted to give it another try, was thinking of being done with the series after, but...eh...I dunno, lol)
Guess I might just stick with getting MK8 on disc and get NSMBU for free, even though I don't care for those games anymore. (my sister still likes them, I might play through the game once, who knows, lol)

I don't know if this counts the same, but when I got Yoshi Cookie from club nintendo for free, I got the 49 points towards the digital deluxe promotion. Will it work the same way for the free game from getting MK8?

Now this is madness. Someone admitting that they bought The Wonderful 101! It actually saddens me to read how many people skipped that game
Yeah, I skipped it. Wasn't that into the demo TBH. However now that they're literally paying me to get a game and W101 is on the list? Well I have most of the first party stuffs so it's either W101 or Sonic. Tough choice, critically panned safe bet or near universally praised experiment? I don't know.
