With the recent world wide partnership nintendo made with SEGA, wouldn't it be amazing to finally see the crossover we have all wanted to see. Anyone have idea's or speculations you can make about a Mario & Sonic crossover, like a better story, the writing of the mario RPG series, and gameplay ideas.
ive gotta say im quite concerned about this. i dont think the 2 styles would mesh very well at all. mario has always been about very tight precise controls and sonics always been about speed and not a lot of control , and there worlds are just too different. i could see them in something like the kart racer hinted at earlier this week but i still dont want them to make a mario and sonic kart either.
still i could be wrong i just think sonic should stay in sonic games and mario in mario games.

No dude. Early Sonic games were as just precise control and platforming as Mario classics. It's in the latest entries where the two styles differ so much. But a classic platforming mixing both ones is not as impossible as you think.
i would have to disagree mate, i have played alot of the old games and think sonic is alot looser and less controllable to the average person.
im not saying sonic is bad at all i just dont really want to see them cross over. i cant see the end product being as good as a pure sonic game or a pure mario.
on a side note ive just realised on the wii u predictive text thing it comes up with marijuana before mario, what!?!
Hopefully their will be Nintendo characters, and more importantly, Nintendo worlds in the next Sonic & All-Stars Racing game.
Think of it! Mario Kart is entirely set in the Mario-universe.. there is so much more Nintendo-universes that would fit so well into a kart game...
A F-Zero level... Donkey Kong... Starfox, Metroid... damn Wave Race.
