This makes me dislike Sony even more. Used games was always possible. It is too transparent that they are trying to do this only a as a backlash to the Xbox One, and they're enjoying it. That laugh is disgusting, it's evil like every thing Sony always sends out.... their little messages against Nintendo, their copycating the Wii Remote, and now they feel they're so smart about deciding to do a quick u turn supposedly on the DRM.... such disgusting company really. Microsoft is stupid but Sony is just too evil.
I applaud Sony for not using always-online, but then again, I think it's more sad that the XBone uses it in the first place. I honestly think that Microsoft deserve all the backlash for this.
Kameo... 2... For Wii U. Bundled with a remake of Elements of Power. And a new Viva Piñata game. SMASH BROS. /drools
I'm gonna miss the live presentation. Kindle's is almost dead and my parents (Who are asleep) have the charger. Not a problem for me; I'll just watch it later. I can't wait to see the new games.
@dumedum
Of course they're having a go at the XBone, what's wrong with that?
It's just too insincere. I don't like smugness and tricks like that. What about some humility, some respect.
Reggie in every interview said that he has all consoles and enjoys them all. Sony never does that. It's always too partisan.

It's a valid criticism, I don't see why they shouldn't highlight it. I don't agree with the way Sony conducts themselves sometimes but I didn't have a problem with this at all. No different from when Nintendo came out in E3 2006 and made a point of saying their console was cheaper and that power meant nothing without content.

"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"
All's fair in love and war. It's business (literally), and Sony saw their opportunity to go for the throat. I really hope someday a documentary or even just a little bit of in-depth reporting will come out detailing why Microsoft went down the road it did with the Xbone. Were they, as most people think, pressured by publishers to put the DRM into their new machine? Is the Xbone really and truly not a gaming console, and moreso an entertainment box that is planned to exit the gaming arena after it's on the market for a few years?
There are a whole bunch of honestly baffling questions with this system, and I'd love to get an inside look. I know people say they are stumped by Nintendo's decisions lately, but let's be honest, Nintendo's mistakes are not of this caliber. They released a new system a year too early, I believe, and are now paying dearly for it. But they haven't tried to completely and negatively change the face of console gaming with DRM, online connections, and cameras that watch you and wait for your voice.

I'm still bitter about the way they ran Sega out of the console business with their shady business tactics.

It's one thing to say something directly - look our console is this and that. But to make it a special feature with bullet points like they did? Completely hypocritical and dumb. Was there any problem with used games with the PS3?
"We believe that used games are important" ---> seriously? taking everyone as fools? As if other companies "believe" differently. I just can't stand hearing that without it making me want to puke. I don't have a problem with the way they do business but I don't like hearing hypocrisy that makes you want to puke. All companies may do that but Sony just enjoys it more.
