So Nintendo gave me an extra $2 totalling $12 as my $10 refund. Is't that nice?
The LEGO game's pretty cool, but I'm currently waiting fo Monster Hunter to download, and I don't want to interfere.

Well I visited a Gamestop, a Target and Best Buy. All said we had to wait until Wednesday. The guy from Best Buy even had the game in his hand and thought it was impossible for the computer to say it was unavailable for purchase. Stinks, because
today's my brother's 9th birthday and now he has no presents! Hopefully this doesn't happen again with future games.
I found it at my local Walmart so no waiting tell who knows when
On Sunday I tried to pre-order the game at Target, and the guy said "The game got delayed until early April. We sent the reservation cards back." So I went to Gamestop next door, and pre-ordered. The guy was much more informed, and he told me the truth - that the game had a shipping error and they'd receive the copy by Friday. All right. Anyways, today I called all over, since I couldn't wait until Friday.
After a rude Walmart employee, a sold out Target, and another Target who claimed they couldn't sell it because of the streetdate, I finally called Toys R Us. They had one copy left.
Anyways, I'm having a great time with the game. I'm about 45 minutes in, so I'm still being eased into the mechanics. This is probably my favorite Wii U game that I've played so far. I definitely recommend it.
Looking for some 3DS and Wii U friends. PM me if interested!

No freezing or anything yet! I had to put it down to get some sleep tonight. Grrrrr lol Well, Easter break is coming up soon! I know what I will be doing haha
I ended up finding it at my local Target. I cancelled my Bestbuy.com pre-order since it was backordered till sometime between April 1st and April 10th.
No freezing yet. The extra missions via the physical LEGO kit are sorta lame.

Where you enter the codes for those extra missions? I have the kit, and I see in the police HQ and on the pause menu you can enter six digit codes, but the code that came with my kit is more than 6 digits :S

Outside the police station, there's a console between two garage doors in the front parking area. It wasn't immediately accessible. The earliest I remember the console being unlocked was at the beginning of Chapter 5.

I went to one of the Target stores by me to see if they had both Lego City and MH3U, because I thought about getting both and get one more game for free from the deal they have this week. They had the sticker listing for Lego City, but no copies. I could have checked another store, but I was dead tired after work today. May go check another before work tomorrow.
For those that got Lego City, how is it?

I am absolutely in love with it. It kind of hinges on you being okay with how the lego games tend to be... looooots of collecting things. But there's just so much to do, and so many fun vehicles to use. It's fantastic.

I agree to some it up with one word its fantastic. A little on the easy side & some lengthy load times but with that aside the game is a solid 8.8 game. I feel the best I have about my Wiiu purchase than I have since launch. And if all the solid titles were not enough the cherry on top comes to the Wiiu shop today Zen Pinball.
I bought this game on a whim while I was at the Nintendo World store in NYC this past Tuesday and its actually much better than I expected. It's easy enough for my girlfriend to play, but it's still deep enough for me to want to play as well. Tons of secrets to find and collect, and the graphics are nice too. Loading times aren't as bad as I thought they would be either, as I maybe only have one or two ever hour or so.

On club nintendo you can intend to buy the the 3ds version, but the 10 coins offer expires the 14th of april when the game don't come out til the 24th.
I downloaded Lego City Undercover on Wed. It took a REALLY long time to download, lol, but it was well worth it! I like having the game right on my system & not having to worry about a disc. Plus I can't trade the game in (like I've traded so many other games in...). THAT SAID...I probably won't be downloading too many retail games from the eshop. I mean, I have a hard-drive, so I have the room...I'm just not sure I have the patience.
Anyway, Lego City Undercover is AWESOME. The graphics are great, especially the scenery, the gameplay is a lot of fun, and the humor is very corny/funny. The open world of Lego City is so much fun to explore. Sometimes I just want to explore it and not worry about a misson! But the missons are fun too.
Really the only negative thing I can say about it is: the reviews didn't lie about the load times. Whew. Hoping they will fix them in an update or maybe the Wii U update in April will make it run faster.....Ya, I doubt it too. I can dream right?
Overall, though, this is the best Lego game out right now & one of the Wii U's best games!

You have to do the survey before or on the 14th. When the game comes out on the 24th(and you actually buy it) you get the 10 coins from that survey telling why you intend to buy it.
