Don't. I have plenty of games to play on my Wii U already that I will continue to enjoy.

hence one of the reasons why we send this. Nintendo's fanbase seems to ignore or hate third parties but than wonder why they don't come. No offense Ryno.

It's kind of like what WB did for Injustice. They released all the DLC as individual items, instead of the $20 complete pack that knocks off like $50, compared to the individual prices, in total. I didn't buy it, specifically for that reason.

@shingi_70: None taken. I will be the first to admit that I'm part of the Nintendo 3rd Party "problem" even though I have purchased 5 retail 3rd Party Wii U games.

That's just a stereotype. People aren't going to buy a gimped version of a game, regardless of platform. The FPS and resolution isn't even that big of a deal, compared to not releasing the full game. There will still be people that buy Transformers on Wii U, because that's likely the only platform they have.

From what I would guess, Spiderman actually sold pretty well on Wii U, considering it's just the Xbox 360 version. It's cheaper to release a port, and they gain more revenue from every copy that is sold, so it doesn't even have to sell all that well.

You're throwing all the people who do buy the 3rd party games into the same group that doesn't, which is wrong. I can basically guarantee that I have like twice as many 3rd party games on my Wii U, than any Xbox One or PS4 owner. That's beside that I have an Xbox One with 2 3rd party games, too.

It's a shame about 3rd parties and Nintendo. Random 3rd party developer releases gimped version of a multiplatform game, Wii U owners don't buy due to said gimping, 3rd party devs complain about sales. Then, afterwards, that dev doesn't release games on the Wii U anymore (ex. Ubisoft as of late). It's a terrible cycle that's ever present, and it will be difficult to get the Wii U to have decent 3rd party games. This is why I go Nintendo + Sony every generation.

Alas, this game looks great, but I can't play it on a Nintendo system. Even if it is a Platinum release, licensed games have a bad rep of being... Bad. We'll see how this turns out.

But.. Who cares about the game? We're all watching (Korra fans anyway) the premiere of Season 3 on Nick this Friday.

Sucks I suppose, but at least it's not a very "important" game that needs to be on the Wii U

But some "important" games are also skipping the Wii U! What makes it even worse is those games are going to the Wii and 3DS. It's basically a middle finger to the Wii U. Nintendo needs to resolve this issue with the publishers or the Wii U will continue being the forgotten child.

No need to feel bad. I'm using a PC at this very moment to post this comment. I'm mostly uninterested in the AAA western titles, but even if I was, they're all going to be $20 on Steam next year anyway.

The Wii U and 3DS together have more must-play titles than I could possibly make time for in my schedule as it is, so really, don't cry for me.

Everyone whining about 3rd party skipping the system, but then:

"Rayman I won't buy it cos they delayed and is not an exclusive anymore"
"NFS... what's that? I wait MK8"
"Watch Dogs stinks cos the delayed (and then they buy it for ps3"
"Gimme more Mario 2D!"
and so on and so on....

It is not a stereotype at all.... take a tour on the web... you'll read a lot of Nintendofanboysm fashion were if something is made by Nintendo must be platinum covered in gold, if it's someone else, is just a "meh".....

Unfortunately, I discovered this "market trend" peculiar to Ninty fans only after I bought a WiiU....

Extreme fandoms of all things exist on the internet. They're all vocal minorities, they're all discriminate, and they're all convinced that their preferred company can do no wrong.

If Nintendo was the only one you noticed, then Nintendo is the only one you were looking for. It's confirmation bias. You want something to be true, so you look for evidence to support that and disregard anything else.

You guys have to admit, as much as we love Nintendo's games but wouldn't it be nice if we could play games on Nintendo consoles besides standard generational Nintendo sequels?(hyperbole but you get the point.)

This. I've always had a Nintendo console, and I've always bought 3rd parties.

The people that say Nintendo is only for 1st party, are idiots. Alot of the reason for buying Wii U on launch, was because of the 3rd parties and indies. It is a stereotype, because there ARE people who want 3rd parties on Wii U.

People aren't buying 3rd party games, becaused they're f***ing gimped. How many times does this need to be said?

To be honest, at this point its save to assume that almost every single multi-platform game (besides indies) isn't coming to the Wii U.

How? Xbox 360 and PS3 can only get 3rd parties, for so long. That 6 million+ Wii U owners will mean alot more, once Xbxo 360 and PS3 can't support new games, anymore.

FIFA 14 is on PS2, but not Wii U...

But I dunno, I feel like I might be part of the problem, but my apathy towards AAA western games is just too extensive to care. The only western franchises I care about are Assassin's Creed, Dragon Age, and Mass Effect. I have both Assassin's Creed games on Wii U and didn't bother with EA's insulting release of Mass Effect 3 on the Wii U. $60 for Mass Effect 3 on Wii U or $50 for the entire trilogy on PS3, well gee. Guess I'm a fanboy for not supporting EA's efforts on Wii U.

And as much as I like Assassin's Creed, I'm not buying a $400 PC-lite to play Unity. Ubisoft would get my money on Wii U, but they will never get it on PS4.

Most of my games or 3rd party Japanese games though. I have every Namco Bandai, Capcom, and Tecmo Koei game released in North American on Wii U. You can hardly count Wonderful 101 alone, but come Bayonetta, I'll have every Platinum game on Wii U too. Would also have every Square Enix game available to me on the Wii U... but Deus Ex was half price on PS3, so I again displayed my blatant fanboyism.

FIFA 14 is even on the Wii but not the WiiU
even though the PS2 is older the fact that FIFA 14 is on the previous Nintendo console but not on the current one is even more ridiculous.
