Gamecube didn't have a redesign, but the second model removed the component port, which actually made sense. The second model of the Wii was more severe.

I don't really get why traditional Nintendo fans care about the QOL stuff...none of that is for games. It's like Fitbit, and all that other silly stuff. I'm all for being healthy, and the last few years I started working out, and got myself into shape. I still think QOL is ridiculous.
