On this Christmas I'll buy the Wii U with Super Mario 3d World (and if I find the Bundle with NSMBU inside it will be better). The last trailer of this game caught me, so like 6 years ago I bought the Wii with Super Mario Galaxy, on this Christmas I'll buy the Wii U with Super Mario 3d World. It's simple as that.
For the future, I plain to get those games:
-Pikmin 3;
-Zelda Wind Waker HD;
-Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze;
-Mario Kart 8;
-Super Smash Bros Wii U;
Uh.... 7 games... I thought were less... oh well better for me... the more the better.
Great! I don't know which kinds of games you like, but there are also some excellent third party games you might want to look up. By Christmas titles like Watch_Dogs, Assassin's Creed 4, Mass Effect 3, Sonic: Lost World and new COD are out if you need something to fill in the gaps between first party releases.
Currently on the plate:
Mount and Blade: Warband – Napoleonic Wars
Chivalry
Super Mario 3D World – Finishing the last few levels.
Mario Kart 8
I'll be getting my Wii U around Christmas as well, but I'm getting 3D World along with Mario and Sonic Winter Olympics. My son and I will have some fun with both, and the addition of online to Winter Olympics should make it more fun. I'll be highly anticipating DKC: TF, Mario Kart 8, Project CARS, and maybe Smash for 2014. There should be plenty to keep me busy for awhile. Congrats on your decision to get a Wii U. It was tough for me, but I'm happy to go with Nintendo.
