Topic: Issues with Nintendo Network

Hey everyone, I'm just wondering if anyone has had the same issue as me recently regarding connecting to the Nintendo Network on the Wii U.
I can connect to the internet fine, internet browser works without an issue (except Youtube from time to time). Whenever I try connecting to the eshop or Miiverse, it fails at the sign in. The first code I get when trying is 102-2107 I've tried looking on Nintendo's error code search, and it says that it's invalid.

This problem has only come about recently, and there's also a failed system update in my download log with a different error code (105-4207)

If anyone knows anything about this, I'd appreciate some tips or I might have to call Nintendo about it, as I want to start purchasing games from them again.

How long have you had the system until the problem started? Did you change anything about your internet service at home? I don't think there's been a major system update for the Wii U in a while.

I've had it since launch. No major changes recently, though we changed our carpets and everything had to be moved then put back again. Though, everything else has been fine. I'm really worried that it has to be taking in for repairs over this.

I unplug my Wii U and carry it in a backpack all the time. I'm sure that moving it once didn't cause it problems. I'm not an expert, though, so I hope someone else here can help you out. Have you tried calling Nintendo yet?
