Topic: Is there going to be a stand alone Mass Effect 1 for Wii U?

I know the trilogy is coming but I played mass effect 2 on PS3, playing mass effect 3 on Wii u, so don't need the trilogy. I'm hoping for a port of mass effect 1 on e shop. What are the chances.

To me, the chances seem fairly low because of the possible trilogy. :

Maybe for digital download like on the PS3, but not at retail.

Yeah if they are going to have a set, they probably won't release it by itself.

I hope they do give us the Trilogy. I only got to play a little bit of the first one.

they should make mass effect 1 digital on wii u. for people who played 3 and 2.

well, so i should buy all three games when i need only one out of three. i think they're ripping of people who played some of the games. they should release them individually.

They did release them individually on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

Yeah, if they follow proceedure, they'll probably release the entire trilogy as 3 seperate games on the Wii U eshop, $20 each.

should note that me1 is only available as a standalone on the ps3 as a digital release,, the only way to get me1 on the ps3 on disc is to buy the trilogy

Most likely not, and if so EA will most likely charge $50~$60 US despite the game being only a fiver on Steam.

Yeah I dont see ME 1 or 2 being released separately at all mainly due to the fact that the people who more than likely wanted to play those already have on one of the other systems and either still have it or sold/traded it buy now and wont make EA alot of money. Now a set on the other hand will make money cause people love sets. If anything people will traded in their copies of ME 1 and 2 on Xbox and PS so they could get one complete set.

so i have to buy the trilogy to play mass effect 1 lol. i'll wait till its cheap. stupid ea. why would i play mass effect 2 again if i beat it, and playing 3 now, i just need one....now forced to buy the trilogy on wii u to play the first one. wth.

They should put Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2 on the eShop for $20 each and everything's solved.

Your not being forced to buy the trilogy on Wii U as I said you can get Mass Effect on PS3, Xbox 360 or PC. And you can probably get it fairly cheap now.
