Wave Race, Star Fox and F-Zero. Wouldn't really say Star Fox is forgotten since they did just release Star Fox 64 3D, but I'd like to see a brand new entry on the Wii U.

I love those games! Still have both original carts too with my save files from when they were new.
I'd be up for another one of those. Doubt It'll ever happen though.

Yeah Zoda's revenge wasn't nearly as good as the first Star tropics.
Still decent though. It's definitely harder and kinda dull in places compared to the original.
It's got kind of a Back to the Future vibe with a time travel element.
It came out in 1994 when the Nes had been dead long before so alot of people missed it.
It's funny you mentioned Startropics being better than Zelda. If it wasn't for me getting hooked on Startropics I might never have tried Zelda. That's pretty much the first rpg type game I played and got addicted to.
The music alone made me wanna keep playing.

Yay, let's start a movement I can imagine Nintendo's launch game for the Wii U some amazing space fighter ala Tie Fighter and Wing Commander plus Starfox elements all thrown together, and called Solar Striker Reimagined, with the controller serving also as a rear turret or something.

Not only does the 3DS come with an SD card, but it also happens to come pre-installed with one, additional dimension.

Haven't played Zoda's Revenge. is it even worth checking out? It seems to look pretty lackluster compared to the orginal.
And dare i say it, in ways StarTropics even beats out the original Zelda. Too bad StarTropics didn't do nearly as well and slipped away into Retro-Obscurity.

If you can accept the fact that it's easier and you can move diagonally this time. At least you don't go island to island this time, there's more variety. I enjoyed it.

@ SuperToad
I thought some of Zoda's revenge was a bit harder but both are pretty challenging.
The ability to jump diagonal did make jumping less scary because you didn't have to be so perfect about it.
The Variety in areas was better also I think.
