I was looking at the Nintendo website for Pre-Orders and i had a FACEPALM, what IF I plugged the adapter into my PC?
It said "Please note the GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U is exclusively for use with Wii U and the Super Smash Bros. for Wii U software" And i was like "YEAH RIGHT" Link to quote
So IS it usable... PROBABLY
The way it works is that it uses input signals into the Wii U, so if we could Emulate the Wii U Receiver software, (E.G, Set A as what the GC uses as A)
So if somebody could make a program to receive those signals and set them to keyboard signals so the Emulation software could receive them, that would be GREAT

I don't know what you're talking about with things like "Set A", but undoubtedly, a skilled fan somewhere will craft a homebrew set of drivers for it to enable it to be utilized as a GCN to PC controller interface.
