Nintendo has announced plenty this year already, to be honest, my expectations were up to scale for the first time on this Nintendo Direct.
It was still an excellent E3, and don't forget we will have our hands on these 4 games.

Skylanders is on at the same time as Nintendo again(6AM).
It's not hard to choose between them, but that doesn't mean that I'm not frustrated.
I've been extremely patient with Nintendo. I've supported the company for 19 years, and every time they did something stupid I stood up for them. They usually came through in the end. Even with the Wii U complaints, I've insisted things will get better. Now, for the first time in my life, I'm regretting my purchase with them. They showed some alright games but nothing to make it worth purchasing the system. Nintendo, come on, it can't be that hard...
this. 100% this. i feel regret for getting a WiiU since the only game i'm looking forward to is still in development and is a remake of a game i already own (WWHD).
i feel like migrating to the playstation fanbase. i've put up with nintendo for a long time. PS4 is $399. that's $50 above the Deluxe WiiU, $100 below the X1. that is a punch in the face from Sony to MS AND Nintendo. and i love it.
Exactly. The Xbone is ridiculous but Sony actually has got their stuff straight this generation. Part of me died a little in this generation because I want to keep loving Nintendo but... Well, I give them a lot of leeway but they finally seemed set me off. I'm now trying to figure out how to afford a PS4 because the Wii U clearly won't get any good third party exclusives (or hardly any support at all) and Nintendo doesn't seem to be trying anymore. I hope Nintendo can pull some miracle out of their sleeves by holidays, I really need a reason to stick with them...

Mario Kart, Mario World, X, Bayonetta, Smash Bros are the highlights of Nintendo Direct a couple of eStore suprises like Oddworld but other than that Meh....
Big shame as Now is Nintendo last chance to get interest in the system before Xbone and Ps4 are launched and yes Xbone is more than likely going to sell worse than WiiU, but those leaving the Xbox brand, as it stands have more reason than to go to playstation than come to Nintendo.
Hopefully, theres still a lot more to come from Nintendo durung this e3, I believe there another one or two Nintendo Directs planned so hopefully these are when we're going to see Big, New announcments for WiiU that are relevent to 2013 and Not 2014.
Gave to say Bayonetta and X both were graphically Stunning, and comaring them to whats been shown for Xbone and Ps4, if you didn't know they were WiiU titles then you wouldn't have known what system they were for.
I'm always proud of Nintendo, I'm sure they're going to keep expanding. They did well, but that being said-- Totally buying a PS4 for my boyfriend and I.

Some great Mario & Donkey Kong stuff but they did absolutely nothing that is going to grab the attention of anyone that doesn't already have a Wii U. Last years Mario didn't help, why would this one...

This! A million times this! I feel horrible that my girlfriend got me a WiiU for Christmas, seeing how excited I was for it. And now I barely use it and in all honesty I don't see that changing anytime soon. I feel really let down by Nintendo..
It's still a little to early to judge, isn't it? Nintendo actually had more games they didn't showcase in their direct stream which was, admittedly, lacking. If you happened to check out Nintendo's official youtube account, you will notice they have a lot more games (Pikmin 3, M&L:DT, LOZ:ALBW, DE:HR, SMT4 etc.) than what was thrown on the surface of the pre-e3 direct. I am honestly very satisfied with what I was promised.
I'm not sure how to feel about it. I think it was pretty good, if still a bit too questionably samey (though a new Donkey Kong Country's gameplay looks more than compelling enough despite that (key difference between that and recent Mario titles btw)).
I think from a marketing perspective this was the best idea they could do, and the majority of titles being this year was completely necessary. It just fails from the perspective of fully hyping the hardcore fanbase, which is not always the worst thing but considering how much at E3 that tends to reflect what happens to the console company afterwards, might not be a good sign.
This does sadly explain that why they didn't have a traditional E3 show (beyond not having a new shooter I suppose), because they didn't have something that would blow everyone away. I jokingly said at the beginning of the year they should have saved X for E3 and I was somehow completely correct.

3D World looks amazing, however i havent played the 3DS-one so its all new for me.
I was hoping for more surprises, a new DKCR is nice i guess but not MEGATON in any way.. Still Nintendo have a good firstparty line-up. Cant be denied. X is the most promising game on any platform.

I think Nintendo were forced into this, because when Wii U started to falter post Xmas they had to do a PR job. Game XYZ is coming... it's all good... etc.
compared to sonys and especially microsofts conference, this ndirect was disappointing, even if they showed new games that look cool.
it was just not enough games and not spectacular enough. only new announcement was new donkey kong country right? everything else were things we already knew about
animal crossing charakters in smash bros. made me laugh real hard though ^^
Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros. look awesome. X was better than anything the other companies showed, IMO.
I thought Nintendo had the best E3, and the Best Buy thing is tommorow to play some of the games, which should be interesting...
You guys should watch the presentation in HD. I watched it on the Wii U eShop, and everything looks 5× better than streaming on the internet.
