Topic: Is anyone only getting the default tiles appear in the Wii U plaza (e.g. eshop, settings, miiverse)?

So according to my daily log, I hadn't played Wii U for a month and I felt like playing Splatoon yesterday so I loaded up my Wii U and the plaza only has Nintendo miis and my friends. Also, there's no games for the tiles in the plaza, just the stuff that's preinstalled like Settings, Mii Maker, eshop, etc.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm having exactly the same problem, only i use my Wii U regularly & everything was fine. Then i didn't use it for one day & upon booting it up a day later, it now only shows generic nintendo miis, some of my friends list miis & no game titles only the default nintendo icons that you normally get when you have no internet connection. I haven't changed anything & my wii u still has an internet connection.

It's been like that all day today. I wonder what the problem is.

I'm pretty sure this was due to the Miiverse issues that happened. For the ones who aren't seasoned Miiverse veterans, two users named PF2M and Arian hacked into Miiverse and basically broke it in more ways than one. That might've messed up the Wii U home screen too. Though I'm not sure, it may just have been a glitch.
