yep....although the story & premise looks like drivel unfortunately. No one plays these games for the story i guess, oh well.. It looks like it'll be a mix of chaos theory & conviction, so hopefully more options for stealth.
Spies vs Mercs looks like a blast too. This is the sort of 3rd party game Wii U owners need to support.
I'm interested. But it's releasing August. My attention that month will be fully focused on Pikmin 3, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, and maybe even Disney Infinity.

Eh. Between AC4 being an open world pirate game, Watch_Dogs being the new coolest thing ever for AAA (plus the perfect game for a tablet controller) and Rayman Legends being an vastly improved sequel to a game people already liked, I don't see this game doing that well. Maybe on any console, it's not gotten much buzz compared to the other games.

I see your point, but I'm a fan of the splinter cell games. I can see how other gamers are not excited for a new splinter cell game. The AC series have a huge following, Watch_Dogs is going to be amazing, and Rayman Legends looks super fun.
I've never been a Splinter Cell fan, but I don't know why. I really like the Metal Gear Solid series and Goldeneye / Perfect Dark for the n64 was fun (those games had stealth elements to them), but for some reason the Splinter Cell games always seem to bore me. I'll check it out more once the game comes out, but I'm definitely not excited for it at this point.
I'm glad they have kept the franchise running, because the last few years Ubisoft has predominately created Assassin's Creed their main stealth game....Which is okay I guess, it's a solid franchise despite some of the spin-offs. It's even better that this will be available on the Wii U))) I hope this continued support from Ubisoft will bring us more games like Tom Clancy's: The Division. But yes, I'm definitely interested in this game and hopefully will be picking it up for Wii U at launch.
Excited for it, but likely my purchase will depend on the reviews. I looooved the very first splinter cell, and then played chaos theory which was equally awesome. Double agent was meh, and then I haven't touched the series since. But this looks to be quite fun.
