I play Sonic Transformed daily & I also have yet to beat: Nano Assault Neo, Trine 2, Lego City: Undercover, Punch Out!! (NES Wii U VC) & Kirby's Adventure (NES Wii U VC). I also have yet to complete NSMBU, Nintendo Land, Need for Speed: Most Wanted U, Toki Tori 2, F-Zero (SNES Wii U VC), & Super Mario World (SNES Wii U VC). I just don't have enough time for all the awesomeness!

Here are some other facts for those that likes to compare...

At this time in Xbox 360s life-span there were 38 retail games available.
At this time in Playstation 3s life-span there were 32 retail games available.
At this time in Wii Us life-span there are over 50! retail games available.

360 a month after launch:
4 games with a metacritic rating of 85% or above, all effectively exclusives, three of them full retail

Wii a month after launch:
1 game with a metacritic rating of 85% or above, was also Zelda

Wii U a month after launch
5 games with a metacritic rating of 85% or above, none exclusive, two were more than six months old on other consoles

PS3 a month after launch:
1 game with a metacritic rating of 85% or above, is exclusive

It's not a question of the total number of games. It's a question of compelling reasons to get a Wii U rather than going with something else. Right now the best reason to get a Wii U is for Nintendo Land. Everything else worth getting it for is just as good on the 360/PS3/PC.

ATM I am not. Not saying its bad but the games I know (since december) and the only games that are out that I want. Until the game I want next (W101) is released I say the game pad is going to continue collection dust.

I'm actually mildly disappointed with the Wii U right now. The only reason I bought it at launch is because I thought I'd be playing Pikmin 3 at this point. I'm not, and I'm not playing anything else either. New Super Mario Bros. U was a very short and mildly disappointing game. Nintendo Land is a very fun multiplayer game, a mediocre single-player game; but it doesn't really offer a breadth of content and isn't as strong a title as Wii Sports was. My non-gaming friends enjoy it, but aren't really that engaged by it like they were with the Wii. I've played ZombiU and Monster Hunter, and neither really engaged me. I'm not a fan of their control mechanics. Miiverse is truly great, and the browser is the best on any console or TV device I've ever used, but I didn't buy a Wii U for those things.

I'm disappointed so far, but I know good games are coming. Nintendo has always made games I love, so I'm sure the Wii U will prove its value at some point in the future. I just wish that point was right now. At least Pikmin 3 has a solid date now.

I still need to get NFS, Lego City, Injustice & Batman (not a big fan of kiddie superhero rubbish) and some others I can't think of at the moment.

That's only if I can escape the grasp of the clawed wyrven talons of Monster Hunter

WiiU no collect dust in my domain...

Pretty much all of this... although replace Pikmin 3 with Pikmin 3 and Rayman Legends... and replace "not playing anything else" with Need for Speed and Super Mario World. The biggest annoyance is that the GamePad is as fantastic as it is. It's an awesome experience when it has content it's just a shame that there isn't that much of it yet. Patience I guess, soon it'll have Rayman Legends, Pikmin 3, Mario Kart, Wind Waker HD, a new 3D Mario and third party games like Watch Dogs and Assassin's Creed 4. In the meantime it's a machine for one game I'm not bored of yet and SNES/NES VC.

There's hardly if any compelling reasons to dive into the Wii U territory right now if you're planning on getting one. Though I think of the Wii U as great granting what I know now when I made my purchased last December then I'll wait. The lack of games & 3rd party support is what worries me right now.

It's foolish to buy any piece of hardware for anything other than the content that either exists or is confirmed to be on its way. It's illogical to vent the annoyance about non-confirmed titles continuing to be non-confirmed in the way that you are. By suggesting that it's going the way of Sega or that soon the only content on it will be phone games.

I play almost every day on Wii U, despite owning a PS3/360.

Just downloaded NFS so I can cross that off the list. I have been playing it for the last couple of hours now... Very impressive

I loved NFS Most Wanted. If it gets a sequel in the near future, I hope it comes to the Wii U.

Oh wait, lol.

Just for you.

It's the only one I have ever actually paid for legit... Probably will be the last one I get because you don't need anymore as they're all the same each year

I'm still enjoying it, but new romance has kept me away from it. I've just had a hernia op, so I anticipate a lot of Wii U time over the next couple of weeks between walks to stretch the muscles.

I've never considered another machine: I had a Wii and nothing else; Wii U seemed like a logical upgrade. Whether or not EA sticks around isn't too relevant to me; they might not even be making games in a year' time!

It's awesome! I play mostly PC no matter the console generation, but the Wii U has surprisingly been holding my attention, and with games I never would have dreamed of purchasing before (LEGO City being the best example). My PC is great for the "regular" stuff, but the gamepad is just so cool. It really does keep me coming back, and I'm itching to buy a couple other games very soon!
