I really do believe, that if digital downloads and such were at the higher end of the console market, we would see huge improvements in the content being delivered. They could probably literally have a kiosk where you can load content on to your storage device, that takes money, or credit card, but some people don't even have a memory card, so I can see that failing at that point...

But there wouldn't even be a 'download' process. the games would already be loaded on the kiosk. You would just be copying a file pretty much.
