I would go for Eternal Darkness, Resident Evil, Rogue Squadron, and Gun. On a side note, did Gun ever get a sequel? It didn't on the cube. I loved that game.
Didn't have a GC so I have been waiting for Nintendo to say something about this. I would be interested in:
RE 4
LoZ:TP (I'd love to play it again with normal controls)
Pikmin 1&2
Viewtiful Joe
Super Mario Sunshine
MK: Double Dash
Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour
Eternal Darkness
SoulCalibur II
1. Four Swords Adventures (hopefully with the ability to connect multiple 3DS's for multiplayer) since it is the only Zelda game I don't own if you count remakes. (I never got a GameCube )
2. Twilight Princess @bbliksteen8 same here and Link is left handed in it.
3. F-zero GX I love the 3D F-zeros(despite only playing X) and would like GX or a new one (Wii U please?)
4. Star fox Assault (or a new one on Wii U)

I had hoped, before LoZ:tWW HD was announced that they would do an HD Twilight Princess with a "Master Quest" based on the GC version with the mirrored world and remixed dungeons. It could have had controller support for the Gamepad, Pro Controller, and motion controls. They didn't do it. I was sad.
A Tie between Melee, Mario Sunshine, and Double Dash for first :3 then Mario Golf: Family Tour and DBZ Budokai 2 after that That's last ones the most unlikely though ^^;
My hype for Smash Bros. 4 is Officially OVER 9,000!!!!!! >8D
Though I still got plenty of hype left over for Mario Kart 8, Persona Q, Yarn Yoshi, anddddd Sonic Boom ;D

Not really anything comes to mind. I still have my GC and it works fine so unless there are some super-rare and expensive GC games that I just don't know about, I'm sure I could find a lot of GC games for less than what Nintendo would charge.
Gamecube was the newest Nintendo system when I became an adult, so it's when I started my own collection of video games. That means I already have a wide selection of gamecube games that I can play whenever (and do). So... there probably wouldn't be very many GC games I would get on the VC. And since I can play gamecube games, I'd probably rather get them on gamecube than Wii U so they can use the analog triggers, anyway.
