For Ghost House levels, there would be new types of boos. Well, in actuality boos are boos are boos, but these are different. I started with the idea of a boo holding a jack in the box and turning the crank until POP GOES THE WEASEL. It could be a 'bomb', as in the bomb effect bob ombs make not the actual enemy, an actual enemy from a normal stage, like a goomba or koopa, an actual jack in the box that pops out and tries to hit you, or an item - like say, a mushroom. Or a KEY. The catch is that it'd only play while you didn't face the boo.
A fun, surprising enemy to face. I actually think this enemy has potential to be scary for kids, were Nintendo ever inclined to go that route (I'm sorry, Goombas and Koopas are not scary. Ever.)
After the jack in the box is used, the boo just behaves like a normal boo.. or one of those Super Mario World boos that randomly swoop down to make faces at you.
Another enemy boo wouldn't be so much an enemy as just a following boo. It'd hold a jukebox, and play some ghostly version of a normal theme or older theme: Say, the Super Mario World Ghost House, or the first Super Mario Brothers Castle Theme, or even an off key C, for example. After it finished, maybe a coin pops out or something.
I had an idea for a new type of enemy and wanted to share the idea.. I think here is the right place, or at least close enough.
I think the NSMBWii Ghost Houses all stunk.

It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!

I'd like more classic enemies feature in newer Mario games. They tend to be the same old faces time and time again. I find the new designs are forgotten about quickly.
What about Chargin' Chuck, the Sledge Brothers, Fire Brothers, Boomerang Brothers, and other assorted enemies from Mario 3 and World.
I'd also like Wart, Mouser, Triclyde and other enemies from Super Mario Bros 2 USA to make their first appearance in other Mario games.
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!
@xThomas - Welcome to NL. I hope you enjoy it here.
I foresee what you'll do there.

We have Sledge Bros, Fire Bros and Boomerang Bros in modern Mario games already.
Chargin' Chuck would be nice to see return, although given out the stuff New Super Mario Bros U includes already, I wouldn't be surprised to see it in that game somewhere.
