I like campaign mode more than multiplayer, actually i really suck at multiplayer I just want to shoot stuff in the story mode. Is it worth getting it for the campaign alone.
Wii U future of gaming.

The campaign alone is really good. It's easy to play than the multiplayer as long as pass the initial stages (particularly on the part where Woods & his buddy try to shoot a Hind A chopper with a shoulder launched missile while in a boat). The multiplayer is good too but it's purely run & gun with no way for you to camp around. It can get very repetitive & boring on the multiplayer much like any other COD games.
I haven't touched the campaign, but I multiplayer with my friends, relatives or clan as I find it's a lot more fun when you communicate with headsets. Also it makes devising a strategy much easier in the lobby.
I personally wouldn't buy it for the solo mode, you should seriously play the multiplayer though, you'll get better over time.
I liked campaign, but I suck at multiplayer as well. I got it as a present and I think it's worth it for a budgetprice, but not for €60. €30 is the limit.

No one buys Call of Duty for the campaign.
The developers usually just throw together a mediocre campaign just so it is there and they focus on the multiplayer, which sucks because I can't think of anything more repetitive on this planet than Call of Duty Multiplayer.

Just about everything Nintendo franchise comes to mind, lol.
TC, Black Ops II's campaign may be really good and full of replay value, but the multiplayer is definitely the selling point.

Do you only play Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. ??? What world do you live in????
That comment about all Nintendo Franchises coming to mind was probably the most uneducated post I have ever seen on a forum.

Yes, we know you don't like Call of Duty. Thanks for sharing over and over and over again.
I'd say if you're only going to play the campaign, then skip it. However, I think that you're missing out big time on the zombies and multiplayer modes. Cod is one of the only series that I could play day after day without getting tired of..
They need to make a stand alone Video game for the zombies.
It's the only thing left that is worth playing in those games. It's not wonder that each game on metacritic has 1000's of negative ratings. I think the past 3 have like 3/10 lol
I got this game both on PC & Wii U. While I agree that most gamers buy this mainly for the multiplayer (even I barely touched the singleplayer anymore), the multiplayer can get so boring. Black Ops 2 multiplayer gameplay really doesn't do any good to the COD series. It's very repetitive run & gun game fun at first then it gets so boring. The singleplayer is good. It's worth getting it. It's a triple A game.

You're uneducated. Nintendo's games are just as, if not more, repetitive than Call of Duty. You're little nit picking and exaggeration can literally, without a doubt, be applied to any game.
Yes, even Nintendo's.

Nintendo is one of the most innovative companies in the industry
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I'd call BS on that. In terms of franchises like NSMB2 and Mario Kart, I'd put it on equal footing. If you talk about games like 3D Mario and Metroid, that's just asinine.
I don't have any agenda against COD, I actually enjoy playing my friends, but it is definitely one of the most repetitive series alive. There's a reason many people choose to just load custom maps (people who don't care about the community)
This is a signature.

Screw you.
but it is definitely one of the most repetitive series alive.
A lot games are repetitive. 2D Mario games are a great example of this. Most racers, RPGs, puzzlers and sports games can grow to be repetitive as well. Which covers a lot of Nintendo games.
Call of Duty is repetitive, no doubt, but it's not any more guilty than any other franchise out there. Yes, even 3D Marios and Metroid.
