Topic: I want Nintendo to make these games.

Star fox 6
Metroid prime 4
2D metroid (fusion sequel)
3D donkey kong
F-zero GX 2
3D pokemon game (like colosseum and XD)
Golden Sun 4
3D kirby game
Paper mario 5 (like the first two games)
Fire emblem (console game)

Why won't they?

Because games cost money to make.

Because Nintendo knows that it will not make enough money on these to justify spending the time and money to make them.

I'd start asking for more risky projects when Nintendo has a successful home console to go along with its successful handheld. And even then I wouldn't just ask for more upon more sequels, though that's just me. (And probably a freight train's load of other consumers, too. )

Because not getting what you want builds character. Nintendo is a good parent

Because those games don't sell as well as they'd like them to. Throw them on a system that doesn't sell well and you just have a giant mess. It's just becomes an even deeper money pit.

Metroid will probably happen though.

You know what they say; want in one hand and stuff on the other. Tell me which one fills up faster.

On the other hand, games make money and sell systems. There is nothing wrong with gamers telling devs about their expectations.
Have faith, nintendo will provide us with qality games once again and next fire emblem is very possible due to money that fe awakening have made.

Because obvious ideas are not what Nintendo needs from their new games meethinks.

Because those are all sequels and people would say Nintendo isn't original.

Then Nintendo makes new games and people complain that Nintendo is ignoring their core franchises.

Nah, it's only unoriginal if it's Mario. Otherwise make as many sequels as you want. Though that's not as important as the next Zelda remake, of course.
