Topic: I have an idea for a Metroid game

UltraRobPrime	1. Posted: Tue 9th Aug 2011 23:47 BST How cool would it be to play as Ridley? A spin-off game where you learn about Ridley's origins and rise in then space pirates? Perhaps you could command the Pirates like Pikmin with the touch screen, do missions and control Ridley during flight and combat. I've always wanted to play as a Nintendo villain. What do you guys think?

On the plus side, if you want a similar game like that (and don't mind breaking a few controllers), you might want to try outthe Gargoyle's Quest games, especially Demon's Crest. SwerdMurd	7. Posted: Wed 10th Aug 2011 01:11 BST Gonna chime in on the 5th no. Oversaturated gameplay style, further bastardization of the Metroid license...can't see a lot of plusses for this one. If Nintendo released some kind of All-Stars-y beat em up or something I could see him being an unlockable character or something. That's about the only way I could see Ridley being playable...and chances are it would still feel like a tacked-on cash-in. Plus if it's on Wii U, no one will buy it anyway
