Hello! Today I broke up my Wii U Gamepad screen because of raging. The touch is still working luckily, but the display is broken. So I don't know what to do. I want to send it to Nintendo but I live in Bulgaria and I don't know are they accept thinks from there. It's not on the Nintendo Service country checker so I don't know. I still can use the Wii U console because I have the Pro Controller but I want to use the gamepad too. So what to do? Will they accept the gamepad from my country or not? Is there other option to fix it?
Try sending them an email explaining the situation and ask them how you would go about getting it fixed. They should be able to sort it out.
The other thing that you could try is find a local computer repair shop, and see if they could do a repair job.
Nah it was very strangely. Everyone rages on Mario Kart 8 maybe. I used the gamepad as a TV because I watched on the TV a movie. The gamepad was charging with the stand and I used the Pro Controller because I buyed it soon. I losted on the game and I was very mad and I wanted to drink water and I tripped accidentally on the charging cable. The gamepad flew on the floor and I tread it for a second and that was... It was very strange. The touch is still working so I can play calmly. I'll use the Pro Controller for Super Mario Maker.
