Topic: How To Choose My Country?

I'm trying to make a new user in order to choose my country because my current user has US set for country for some reason. But when I do so and I create a new network ID, instead of letting me choose my country, I get state/province of residence. I am not in the US. I read that it's because the country setting may be incorrect (see screenshot). So I went into Console Information to change the country but when I change from US to my country I get a message that says that I won't be able to use online services. I tried other countries and it keeps telling me the same thing for all the other countries. Does that mean I don't have a choice but to choose United States?? Why?

I wasn't sure how they handled it, but for some reason, you can't change your country. What ever you picked when you first got the system is what you're stuck with. What country are you in, anyway? If U.S. is even an option, that means you have an NTSC (North American) system

@ALinkttPresent: I'm in Qatar. Yes my system is NTSC. I can see all the countries are listed. Why would they include all the countries if we can't even choose? That's so stupid.
