Topic: How do you think/wish the next Zelda will be like?

@SCAR392 I see what you are saying, it would be really nice, maybe bring in the different links to fight and you have ta maybe switch between them to solve different puzzles and the like due to the few different items.

also one thing I don't get in Majoras Mask Ganon was Executed, how in the heck did the manage that?

IDEA! What if we get a multiplayer mode similar to Luigi's Mansion 2? A random generated dungeon where you play as four different colored Links; Green, Red, Blue and Purple! I'm a GENIUS!

I think the combat may be different than it has been on the Wii or something like that, but I like having the Wii remote as a sword just fine. Also, the dungeons are going to be HUGE.

I want Link to be left handed again!

This is what i want, a open world zelda. Somewhere between Zeldas very structured story line, with Elder Scrolls Major side quests rather then just the fetch quests.

I'd like a world that's big enough to require Epona to get anywhere quickly. I'd like dungeons that take hours to complete and can't be finished in the first entry without leaving and visiting other dungeons for necessary items first. I'd like an overworld that's relaxing and without difficult puzzles for the most part, but filled with little things like lots of grass to cut or birds that fly off when you approach them. I'd also like lots and lots of minigames, possibly all accessible from the same place once you play them the first time, so that you can go back from the menu screen and play them multiplayer. These would be like Fencing, Archery, Fishing, Bomb Bowling, Energy Tennis, Magic Baseball, Jousting, Golf, Horseback racing, Horseback Archery, Bomb Basketball, etc, like a Zelda Wii Sports Resort.

@Neoproteus I second all that! Amazing ideas, but hold on... Bomb Basketball? Woah.
Anyway, I don't think Zelda Sports Resort will fit in the game, sorry.

I don't want many side quest, just a few side stories where each story is about a 5 hour adventure with the main story being 20 or more hours to complete. I don't want to do a lot of side quest, I would rather follow a side story for awhile.

I'm not good at this so, I'll just suggest something over the top like aliens or something.

I think it needs a larger world, and the freedom of Skyrim, but with that sort of twist that reminds you it's still Legend of Zelda.

Maybe a game with tons of different links. (Not just four.) that you switch to based of their abilities, and conquer certain tasks.

I think let players choose left or right handed controls like they did in Kid Icarus: Uprising.

We'll probably going to be hit with irony or something with this game, kinda like with Skyward Sword. Not that there's nothing wrong with the game, but was expecting something different there.

Huge overworld, various secrets within the overworld, side quests that matter, real time physics and lighting, ultra smooth animations, more combat moves(like TP), etc.
Maybe Link and Zelda co-op.

Oh ya, there's a sidequest where you have to dispose of Tingle, but it turns out he was Navi all along.
