Topic: How do I turn off Miiverse in Mario Maker?

Apparently you must post your level to Miiverse in order to upload it for others to play. Guess what? I'm console-banned on Miiverse so I can't post levels at all! It's made the game useless to me.

Any sort of way to disable Miiverse in the game/avoid posting levels on Miiverse?

No. When I go to upload my course, it says something like "Miiverse is unavailable on this console." Then it brings me back to the level creator or the main menu. I forget because the last time I played was in September.... because I can't fricken post my levels. LOL.

It has left me with a game that I create levels for myself, but I wanted to create levels for people online. I thought that if I disabled Miiverse or put an option to say I don't want Miiverse, maybe it would just post my level online straight away. IDK.

This is the same with Mario Maker TV in Mario Kart 8. That was kind of useless so I don't really mind. It has gotten rid of something called 'BLADE reports' in Xenoblade Chronicles X too. This is totally ruining all of my games and I hope Nintendo drop this Miiverse thing soon.

How can one be console-banned on Miiverse? How did you do it? There is no way to use Mario Maker without Miiverse. You can create and play levels but you cannot upload levels or comment on them. Simply as that.

Nintendo won't drop that. You can simply hope for exemption from punishment for you.

wait. since when do people have to post there courses on miiverse to upload them. i though you have test the level to have it uploaded?

@Aozz: You're correct, the player must play through the level to allow it to be uploaded. Once uploaded though, it automatically gets posted to Miiverse, which is MockingClove's probelm.
