Did you try: Going to the home menu before you boot up the game, going to parental controls under system settings, and disabling Miiverse entirely? Because its sounding like you're getting to the point where that's necessary.

Yes, that also doesn't work, even with parental control to the max and all internet features disabled it still keeps informing me that I am now lucky enough that I can now post on miiverse.
In no way was that last part of your comment warranted or appropriate. Please stop — TBD

Is your system firmware updated? Or maybe the game itself? I have no clue how it would keep telling you about posting Miiverse if you did all the right steps. I'm afraid you're going to have to post a video showing what's happening, otherwise we have nothing to go on.

It could be a glitch. A video still helps. Also, don't erase your ID or anything.

The power level and frequency is too low for it to be a problem. You know how they're yet to prove a link between mobile phone use and cancer? Well mobile phones are a good 25000x more powerful than WiFi is. Been out in the wild for more than 20 years and there still isn't a rapid increase in ear and brain cancers.

If you're worried about exposure to radiation and your health then your primary concern should be the sun not technology. UV radiation does cause cancer and it can appear fairly young. All this panicking about tech when you really should be worried about that thing in the sky

As for the OP...... why don't you want to use it? It's a cool feature....

Have you called tech support? they mentioned once to try and reboot or to check if the system is plugged in. Maybe that might help?
